Application: This machine is applied to cylindrical cell sticking&sorting, the surface pad material is highland barley paper or PVC material, slow wire walking, high precision, include 21 inch LCD screen + PC synchronous display + industrial computer, the brief information is as follows:
Parameters:
- Equipment power supply: single-phase ~ 220V, 50Hz
- Cells: 18650 (21700, 26650, OEM)
- Cushioning power: pneumatic (AirTAC)
- Use air pressure: 0.4-0.8Mpa.
- Feeding method: Put in the battery cell hopper, 500PCS can be put in one time.
- Test parameters: AC internal resistance, DC voltage.
- Internal resistance measurement: range 0-60mΩ, accuracy ±0.5%rdg, relolution 0.1mΩd
- Voltage measurement: range 0-10V, accuracy ±0.015%rdg, resolution 0.1mV.
- Internal resistance meter: HK3561 high-speed meter
- Efficiency: 4000-4500PCS/hour.
